Last night I got IPX working over both protocols (SNAP as EtherII and
802.2 as 802.2TR) in 2.1.105.  This is pretty much a fix of the 802.2TR
breakage that apparently has been broken for quite a while.  Large
MTU's for IP also work, but in fixing 802.2TR I broke tcpdump again.
However, I think I can get tcpdump working again for everything but
802.2TR.  There is something of a design flaw in 802.2TR code that'll
prevent tcpdump from ever working for that, I think.  I'll post a
patch when I get tcpdump working for IP and IPX SNAP again (tonight?)
