[linux-tr] Two auto 16/4

Nope.  Got a mau.  And I've tried forcing the speed using lanaidc.  Mandrake
Linux 6.0, and Redhat both are unable to initialize the cards and report and
error message that they are postponing the initialization till later.  Though I
do notice at shutdown that the cards are shutdown correctly (at least I get the
green OK).
